Peer violence is not an isolated problem affecting only individuals - it is a phenomenon that undermines the quality of life for the entire community, creating an atmosphere of fear, stress, and anxiety. Generational gaps are becoming increasingly pronounced, and psychologists warn of growing emotional instability among children, who struggle with stress and have difficulty developing social relationships and empathy. Peer violence is often a cry for help—both from victims and perpetrators. The consequences can be severe, ranging from emotional and mental health issues to suicidal thoughts and even homicides. Rehabilitation is a long and uncertain process, which is why prevention is crucial. These are not some distant children we can ignore as isolated cases.
